We’re gearing up for our 55th year reunion on August 2-8, 2021…
and this is the Plan:
Instead of one big event, we’re going to have multiple low-key events during the week of August 2-8. Not only will events be scattered throughout the week, but they may be scattered around the country – wherever it’s convenient for our classmates to come together to celebrate.
All events will be posted in our Facebook group. We expect the event list to grow as more events and classmates are added.
The Reunion Committee will send postcards to our classmates asking them to check the Facebook group and get involved. We’ll also do an emailing to everyone.
But there’s more. And that’s where YOU come in.
What can you do to help?
#1 Get Involved
Check the events as they’re listed. Tell the event host when you’re interested and/or planning to attend. That let’s them know how to plan. Keep checking back because more events will be added all the time.
#2 Plan Your Own Event
Think of an event you’d like to host during our reunion week. Want to meet up with the guys you played football with? Survivors of Mrs. Gentner’s Latin Class? Classmates who also attended Maple Grove Junior High? Set up your own event and invite just the classmates you want. Be creative.
And, if you can’t get back to Muskegon, consider hosting an event wherever you can get classmates together. Florida? Pick a restaurant, a date and a time. Create your event and post it in our Facebook group. You can do it here:

#3 Tell Your Classmates You’ll Be There and Ask Them to Come
Inside each event, you have the option to invite people to attend. Click on the “Invite” button and select the friends that need to hear about it.
And be sure to contact your classmates in person, on Facebook, email or any way you can. Tell them you want to see them and suggest events where you can meet up. Then come!

And if they’re not on Facebook, then get their email address to us, so we can send them a list of events.
When you’re looking at the events (on Facebook), be sure to click “going” or “maybe” for the event. Any new information on the event you’ll receive a notice.
