We are holding a reunion for Mona Shores Class of 1966. It’s scheduled for August 24, 2013.
It will be held at the Mona Lake Boat Club, which is where our Five Year Reunion was held.

This is what we have so far:
People have told us they want an informal event. Nothing formal. No suits and ties or fancy gowns for us. We want a relaxing afternoon and evening where we can catch up with old friends.
The music will be the songs we remember from the 60’s, but it won’t be so loud we can’t hear each other. No kids controlling the volume knobs. Just us.
We will be in an outdoor pavilion with a roof just in case the weather doesn’t feel like celebrating with us.
The pavilion will be available from 4 PM until 11 PM, when we hope to have things cleaned up for the night.
We will have a cash bar available from 4 to 10 PM.
Snacks and conversation will be provided from 4 to 6 PM. Dinner will begin at 6:00 PM. The Club will be preparing hamburgers and hot dogs and other picnic fare. So bring your appetites.
Pavilion seating is picnic tables, so if you would rather bring folding chairs or something more comfortable, you are welcome to do so.
High School Tour: Are there going to be any other events? We sure hope so. A tour of the high school is scheduled for 11:00 AM. We will meet at the front of the school in the lobby.
Other Reunion Events: Will there be anything else to do during the Reunion Weekend? You bet. Be sure to check our Weekend Plans page and tell everyone you will be here. We want to make sure you have a chance to spend extra time with the people you came to see. Don’t forget to attend Steve & Marge LeBel’s Open House on Sunday. All the cool kids are going to be there!

Charley Roberts, Nancy (Lavendar) Keitel, Jim Lupien, and I had a great golf outing (well, the golf wasn’t that great, but the company was). We actually discovered Steve Anderson and Coach Dan Hamilton were playing in the group ahead of us!! We also ran into Joe Allard in the parking lot after we finished!! It was a fantastic day, the weather was perfect and the company was first class!! Charley has photos he will post. Thanks, Charley, for setting this up!!
